On the gold orb
A short post primarily here to demonstrate the per-page art-mode theme system.
A perfectly maroon-blue page. A perfectly rendered orb. The point of this post is not its prose — it is the existence of the post itself, and the system that made it possible.
Every page can declare a theme in its frontmatter. The theme bundles a palette and an optional hero island. This one is maroon-blue-orb. The orb is an SVG; the maroon and the gold are CSS variables; the typography stays the same because the typography is supposed to stay the same.
